EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
- Patient first
- Intelligence that becomes action
- Technology that amplifies humanity
- Trust is non-negotiable
- Care continues
It is unacceptable that, at one of the most vulnerable moments in life, a patient has to fight the system itself just to receive care. Healthcare is still marked by fragmented journeys, scattered information, unexplained waits, and moments when patients must figure out on their own what to do next. LISA was born from this conviction. We believe no patient should feel alone between one moment of care and the next. Our purpose is to turn every transition in the journey into continuity, presence, and clarity.
Our culture begins with a simple principle: patients should not carry the weight of the system. If information can be anticipated, it should arrive before uncertainty does. If a process can be simplified, it should require less effort. If there is a next step, patients should not have to search for it alone. We build technology to make care more continuous, more accessible, and more human—before, during, and after every interaction with the healthcare system.
We also believe that intelligence only matters when it becomes action. We do not want to create only dashboards, automations, or agents capable of answering questions. We want to build intelligence that understands context, recognizes the moment in the journey, and helps the next step happen. For us, technology does not exist to replace people. Technology should amplify humanity, automating the repetitive, anticipating the predictable, and creating space for professionals to dedicate attention, judgment, and empathy to the moments when they are truly needed.
In healthcare, however, innovation without trust is not progress. That is why trust is non-negotiable. We do not invent information to appear more intelligent. We do not hide uncertainty. We do not confuse operational guidance with clinical decisions. We do not simulate success. Safety, transparency, and responsibility must be present in every decision, every agent, and every interaction. We want hospitals, professionals, and patients to know they can trust not only what LISA does, but also the limits it respects.
And one value connects all the others: care continues. An appointment may end. A discharge may happen. An exam may be completed. A system may close a task. But the patient journey continues. It is in this space between one moment and the next that we want to be present—helping, accompanying, guiding, and knowing when to bring a person closer. Because our work is not simply to send messages, generate content, or operate artificial intelligence. Our work is to ensure that patients never stop feeling that someone is with them. We make care continue.
